SwiftIRC is the IRC network on which Phoenix Network's IRC channel currently resides and as such it has been established that many users would like to connect to it using the shell server.
To accomodate this request we have organized an I:line on the server titan.swiftirc.net and this will allow users to connect to the network. Using most other servers will probably result in an error such as "Too many connections from this host".
