The main Phoenix Network project is currently in limbo, Tim is not actively maintaining it due to personal circumstances. We plan to remedy this in the coming months.
No new accounts will be added to vanuatu.
Accounts may be added to odin as per the status of that server which is available here.
The PayPal donate button has been removed due to the fact that Tim has written off $500 in withdrawn donations over the past few months. If you wish to donate, the best way is to use the FireFox download link if you do not already use this browser.
